Check Your Email

Look for your order confirmation and digital download information in the email used at checkout.

Open Your Download

Follow the download link or button provided with your order to access the PDF pattern.

Save Your PDF

Save the file to your phone, tablet, or computer so you can easily find it again whenever you crochet.

Choose Your Device

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open your download link in Safari.
  2. Tap the PDF file to open it.
  3. Tap the Share icon.
  4. Choose “Save to Files” or open it in your preferred PDF app.

Android

  1. Open your download link in Chrome.
  2. Tap the PDF download button.
  3. Open your Downloads folder.
  4. Save or open the file with your preferred PDF reader.

Desktop / Laptop

  1. Open the download link from your order email.
  2. Download the PDF file.
  3. Save it to a folder you can easily find.
  4. Open with your browser, Preview, Adobe Reader, or another PDF app.

Common Download Issues

I haven't received my download email

Please check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders first.

Also make sure you are checking the same email address that was used during checkout.

My download link isn't opening

Try opening the link in a different browser such as Chrome or Safari.

You can also copy the link and paste it directly into your browser.

I downloaded the file but can't find it

Check your device's Downloads folder or Files app.

On iPhone or iPad, open the Files app and look inside Downloads or iCloud Drive. On Android, check Files or Downloads.

The PDF won't open on my device

Make sure you have a PDF reader installed. Most browsers can open PDF files directly, or you can use apps such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If the file still does not open, try downloading it again.
